During my Christmas stay, I was kinda surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the hotel's cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation. Another advantage was the convenient location of the hotel. It was easily accessible by public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city.
I did have a few negative experiences. the breakfast offered at the hotel was quite disappointing.

While the hotel's location was near the airport, it was a bit far from the metro station, requiring a 20-minute walk or a bus ride to reach it.

We had a great stay at this place! The hotel is located outside of the city center in an industrial area, so it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities like heating and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the comfortable bed. The hotel had a restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. we had a pleasant experience here and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The staff at reception were helpful and friendly, and we were able to check in early. The hotel had spacious rooms with excellent sound isolation, making for a peaceful stay. We also appreciated the included breakfast with a nice selection of food and great coffee. the hotel's location close to the motorway was convenient for our travels.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We were actually surprised by the modern and tidy room at Ibis Budget. It was clean and had fresh towels and sheets daily. The size of the room and the shower were bigger compared to other Ibis Budget hotels. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who provided us with detailed directions on how to get to Madrid city center using public transportation. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, our overall experience was positive.
